Churn Sheet started as a tool for a gelato store that needed clearer answers mid-shift: what is low, what must be used today, what fits the remaining churn window, and which wash is required before the next group.
This marketing site and the companion app are public PoCs under Virginia Perpetua’s GitHub, mirrored to GitLab. Design tokens come from virgiperpetua/tokens.
